Seriously? There’s no way to print a receipt when booking online?
Am I missing something here?
For years, when booking flights for work, I’d click on the “Print receipt” link at NWA.com, save it as a PDF, then upload it to my online billing system (Freshbooks) to pair with an invoice for clients. Now that I’m (stuck with) Delta, there’s no way to do that? No stand alone receipt? Only the itinerary/receipt combo html email that goes to my personal Gmail account?
The agent on the Gold Elite line just told me I’m “the first person who has ever needed just a receipt” in the 10+ years she’s worked at Delta. Uh, yeah. Right.
Fairly confident that’s a wild exaggeration, how are those of you who need to submit receipts dealing with this?
FYI: Forwarding emails to clients is not an option since (a) the invoice and documentation must be together on Freshbooks if I hope to ever be paid, and (b) changing my email to the company address isn’t feasible since I bill through three different company names...would mean changing my Delta account weekly...sometimes, daily.
