thanks for replies - it prompted me to do some excel jiggery pokery. Based on exchange rate history and the receipts I currently have to hand. I am 2000+ points down for November alone - the problem seems to be at one Bristol Marriott. I will go back through my history to March - which is when I started staying in earnest. If it adds up to 10,000 points that is half a reward night.... it all helps after all
