YYZ, I have ben doing the same thing using my Aerogold and Diners Club for everything and just using my Amex for the Starwood promo and things bought from Costco. On the topic of Costco, Amex has a new product with Costco that gets you a Cash refund every year, not sure thge ammount I think 1 or 2% of total anual spending. No annual fee and is still a Platinum, not that means much these days.

I wish they would speed up the process of adding benefits. What is driving me mad is the real lack of communication from Amex. They seem to be taking the approach that if they try to forget what has happened so will we. Then we will just go back to sleep like good loyal cardholders and pay our annual fees like good sheep. I have been a member since 93 and that is loylaty.

I can't belive the poor service and lack of comunication. It's like their head office is on Mars. If they treat us like this, I feel sorry for the green card holders.
