I had 22K points (after a 50K transfer earlier) that all went to Continental Onepass. Why spend the 10K for something that they should not be charging ? I still have both the 1999 and 2000 2-for-1 coupons, which by the way, the agent on the phone told me that Amex issued them in "Good will". I guess that means when you pay your CAD$ 399 in membership fees, that is also in "Good Will".

Why pay them in advance to wait to see what they'll do when they've refused to reimburse existing Platinum card holders ? Out of spite, I've also cancelled my Amex Bank investment account.
