Skyguy--I couln't have said it better. As I
have said in many of my past posts, I have
gone OUT OF MY WAY on many occasions to fly
Canadian instead of charters or others just
because of the attitude of their employees.
(e.g. changing planes twice to go to Maui,
lugging 3 kids, instaed of a cheaper , direct
flight on C3000!)
I REALLY hope AC talks to these valuable
former CP employees, and puts some of their
best ideas to use. If they do, they can build a GREAT airline!!
