The PrivateIssue Card is the freebie one providing the primary insurance.....the Discover Card does not provide it. After I told this to a friend of mine in Feb, she cancelled her Discover Card and applied for (and got) a nice new Platinum PrivateIssue Card at no cost and with the rebate potential too.
