AmEx Platinum Optima cards doesn't have AmEx Platinum benefits. If it did, it would be severely undercutting the its Platinum card.

For those who use rental cars, AmEx Costco card which is essentialy AmEx Optima Cashback card, DOES NOT offer Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance. So think twice about use it for rental cars.
