The Plat awards seem to take a few days after the 3 stays post, The first time I had this problem and I called the number on the screen, the customer service could see it in my account, but it didn't show up for me to redeem for several days later.


I haven't cashed out for the extra points with dining option, but I think you choose it and they send you a certificate in the mail, which you give the server also the dining option can not be used at hyatt place and is suppose to take several weeks after the stay (hotel remits them to hyatt, who then gives points), several people remarked about having to call after a few weeks and having them manual post.

I have only cashed out for the bonus points, because they post quickly with no hassle.
