That is incorrect. Your OP account is flagged (unseen by us) as a Presidential Plus MC holder. You may charge your tickets to any card or pay cash and still receive the Elite Access benefits including the waived baggage fee as long as you are the primary cardholder and your OP number is in the reservation.
