Yes and no. There is one large baggage claim area, but the (20+ belts) are not allocated by airline. So each THAI flight has its own belt, but they are randomly allocated along with other flights. The electronic boards are very clear.

Also, I'm kind of debating where I should spend four hours waiting for my friend. I'm kind of hoping for a place that's like an airline lounge (quiet where I can get some work done). I don't mind paying for a lounge place landside if necessary.... Any suggestions to pass the hours? Is four hours enough to go to the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, check in, and then go back to the airport? Should I just wait at BKK four hours? All suggestions welcome!
Thank you so much!!
Are you & friend in transit? or do you have a few days in BKK? Personally, I'd just wait at the airport for your friend, there are number of places such as Starbucks (just for eg) where you can hangout. There would be time to go to the city checkin and return to the Airport - but I'd be tempted to have my friend meet me at the hotel - unless, of course, you are providing assistance or something.

Also, I'm flying TG from BKK to PVG in F, and besides the great lounge/spa experience, any suggestions for making sure I maximize the F experience? Is there hotel pick up or anything like that I should take advantage of?
Not these days, sadly. I'd go for for an early arrival to enjoy the F lounge/Spa pampering.

Cheers, TK
