Flew in from NRT on BA006 Saturday and during the flight my computer picked up a WiFi signal. It was on but not live to the net. I checked with the FA and she was puzzled about it and when I explained it wasn't connecting she didn't know much about what it was. I checked it again later in the flight and it said "US Airways Free WiFi", but still not able to connect to the net.

One has to wonder why you even knew this? Why wasn't your wireless network switched off in flight?
