I am in a similar situation: my wife and I are booked (c+m) on an award 1LH-2AC-3AC.
Now AC has cancelled the 2AC flight and rebooked on a earlier flight (Just saw this on cmt, no info/email from BMI so far). Good thought, but 2AC now leaves one hour earlier than 1LH actually arrives.
Having dealt with ICC before (never with PTS) and with what I read so far I would still prefer to deal with PTS instead of ICC.
Do you think they can help ? What would be my options/offers I should expect ?
