Oops. Just applied for a 30K/$85 card from an email offer I got on 11/17 and got instapproval. For some reason, I originally read it as new account but when I went back, I noticed that it clearly said "new cardmember." I had a Citi AA card once but killed it earlier this year. I'll let you guys know what happens.

Oh well, Citi's been good to me this year; four accts opened with a CC have led to $2,500 in cash back, so I guess I can't begrudge them 85 bucks.
