Kings Land info
Glad all of you have enjoyed your stay there! It did just have its Grand Opening last month with the addition of the clubhouse, Bistro and huge pool and water activity area.

The reason you cant find any info on staying at a Hilton Grand Vacations at Waikaloa is because the HHonors program only applies to resorts that offer Studios, both resorts in Waikaloa are Suites only. You can however use your HHonors points at the 2 resorts in Waikiki.

I would agree that the OP is an owner of Hilton Grand Vacations Club and not a regualr hotel guest, as the 3 bedroom suites are used with the owners.
