It's a 30 minute train ride from the city, so it's a long way to go for cheap wine, considering the $16 RT ticket... It's called Irvington Liquors, and it's a 3 block walk from the Irvington station on the Metro North Hudson Line.
They also tend to carry some more esoteric Columbia/Willamette Valley wines and Portuguese wines.
