The difference in ticket price is $140; the biggest issue would probably be checked baggage.

Of course, the real issue would be passing up a very short flight that earns 500 EQMs that's already been paid for. But then, how would one get back from Modesto? The ACE train goes to Lodi I think. Guess I could check Amtrak?
