Unfortunately I am not so confident that you were fined only for a Slim Jim that was from the USA, even if it was opened.
Very specifically what did you have to make your BLT?
Slim Jims are not normally used to make a BLT ie BACON LETTICE TOMATO
How much BACON did you have?

Exactly what items were you fined for and in what quantity were they???
