Gosh, I have been spending 3 hours trying to book a ticketvia aeroplan website. After I submitted all details, it shows that error message.. could not process your request. It´s very frustrating. Shall I wait for a few days and try again or what can I do??? I live in Europe and my mom who´s the aeroplan cardholder live in another continent.
