The only thing I like about the typical Dutch autumn/winter weather of the past few weeks is that is prevents ATC from designating the Polderbaan for take-offs. Landing on 18R doesn't bother me so much, but departing from 36L can result in missed trains and therefore getting home several hours later than intended.

Nothing better than a nice southwesterly gale that forces departing aircraft to use runway 24.
