I was born and raised in India, and I don't say "prepone" or "What is your good name?" But that doesn't prove anything, because others use these words/expressions, and we understand what is meant
Some people do say "lemon juice" to mean lemon-flavored drinks. See, e.g.
this link: "our humble nimbu pani (lemon juice)..." We understand what is meant, so who cares.
It appears to be a common term among those who do not know the distinction, but want to make fun of others.
