I assume that you want your camera repaired at the authorised Panasonic repair shop in HK and the addresses may be found here. I suggest that you give them a ring to discuss your situation and whether it can be repaired within the short time frame of your visit.

It may be worthwhile to check the repair costs in UK as a reference.

Many North American credit cards offer a Purchase Assurance. Not sure if you bought the camera with your credit card and whether it offers such coverage. You may want to check.
