All the VISA cards I know of charge high fees and you have to charge lots (like 2-3000 a month to even start to make it pay off). I use it for a lot of business so it works for me. There is an Air Miles Visa or Mastercard with a low fee in Canada for the "Air Miles" program but I don't think it would be worthwhile for people outside of Canada (maybe not even available outside) and the mileage accumulation sucks compared to the dedicated airline cards.
