Does anyone have any thoughts on the best VISA/MC for accumulating miles/points? I find that I really need at least one VISA/MC to complement my AMEX card because AMEX (and Diners) are not accepted everywhere I use credit cards (particularly supermarkets). I am aware of most of the airline FF affiliated cards like Citibank's AA card, but as far as I know these all have very steep annual fees. Are there any VISA/MC that provide miles/points with low (under $30)/no annual fees?
