I agree on SQ's snotty behavior since I tried to book a CRWSTAR leg on one of their planes. They charge a "aircraft type" extra fee not for A380 only, but even for 777 (around €250 per leg)! In some cases the downgrade to Economy depending on the previous flight, while regular Business Class is still available.

Why they joined *A is barely comprehensible... and it's no loss if they will leave one day. SQ strongly have to learn the principles of give-and-take first.
