Mine in the end took 14 weeks (old style card), followed a week later by a second old style card, followed then by the new pack one week later. This followed intervention by the lovely
Diamond Club and the lounge lady mentioned earlier who I suspect were able to get the first two delivered.
I suspect (although I have absolutely no proof) that Status Matches need to prove their intention to actually fly a reasonable amount before the cards are issued, to save cost? Just a guess.
