Coupon-less breakfasts
At the Westin Harbour Castle, I asked why I
was not given the breakfast coupons that
Gold and Burgendy members of Westin Premier
get.
The person at the Premier desk said that Westin is doing "paperless breakfasts" where
the computer already knows those premier
members get the 8 dollars off breakfast without presenting a coupon.
I wondered if this was a way for forgetful
Premier members to forget about the discount
(Hey, it's nice to get a good, complete
breakfast for 4, 5 dollars Canadian!)
Are other Westins doing this? CATMAN
