I'm with RichardInSF on this one. She asked for our help in completing the survey, not designing it. That is her committee's job. And we don't know what she is actually testing or the questions she is trying to answer. For all we know the project has to do with the number of kind strangers who know about luxury hotels who will offer the 2 minutes it takes to to complete it .
