MPC is obliged to tell you that passport names must match or otherwise be denied boarding. However, in real life, almost nobody is denied boarding due to mismatch of name order or other easily explainable details.

FWIW, I always travel where my passport name doesn't match exactly my ticket name. Lets say my full passport name is:

SURNAME/FIRST MIDDLE MR

I always issue tickets and have my MPC membership listed as:

SURNAME/FIRST MR

Actually, even the following works fine:

SURNAME/F MR
or
SURNAME/F M MR
or
SURNAME/M F MR

Airlines are not really picky about names as long as the name makes sense. If your name is CHAN/KA YEE JASON MR and your ticket shows CHAN/JASON MR or CHAN/KA YEE MR or even CHAN/JASON KA MR nobody is going to make a fuss.
