I asked the reception, if the in-room-mini-bar is also included in the complimentary mini-bar benefit for RAs and they denied. They said it very clear, only the mini-bar is included, not the in-room-mini-bar.
What a bunch of baloney. I would drink whatever I pleased and then refuse to pay at checkout.
The IC Cancun tried a similar trick on us this summer. They referred to the liquor as the "personal bar", and simly left it out of our room. After several phone calls and a trip downstairs, the "personal bar" was delivered and was free.
