The Ko O'lina resort was built with a number of provisions including public access to the beach. There will always have to be some free public parking or people are going to tramp across the golf course. The railroad track running through the resort has to stay as well.
But there doesnt have to be any Free Overnight parking provided. And w/o a free place to park overnight the OP is SOL.
Dont know if they will tow you or just tkt you. But either is too costly.
Ft Lauderdale till last yr had free parking North of The Atlantic Hotel during the day its now Metered, but posted all over the place was No OverNight Parking Allowed and they would Tow you if you left your car when you werent suppose to
