I had the same issue two month ago. This time I wanted to have it clear: What is included for RAs in the complimentary minibar benefit.

The problem is, that every IC is making own rules.

I had following "free minibars":
- whole minibar is free, also snacks & chocolate are free
- whole minibar is free, but you have to pay for snacks & chocolate
- every item within the minibar is free
- only softdrinks are free
- minibar is free, everything outside is to pay.

That's really crazy !!
