This is to let you know that a passenger's name on a ticket must be exactly the same as shown on the travel document or the passenger may be denied boarding.
You may wish to contact your travel agent to add a remark in the reservation to indicate the full name of the passenger, while the check-in staff and immigration reserve the right to final decision whether they would accept the passenger for boarding.
