I've done exactly that 2 (maybe 3) times with a London Pass. It was easy the first time then the next time it took the agent quite a while to figure out if it was allowed and she had to involve a supervisor. I think that they were having trouble locating the rules in the new system that replaced CICS. In the end they allowed it because they could see I'd done it before. I'd like to see a copy of the actual rules for flight passes, but I've been unable to find them anywhere.
