About the best they can do if you do not comply with their demand to delete the photo is have you charged with trespass.
I do not believe that the FA has the right to demand that someone delete any photo. They can ask you to stop, but I do not think that they can even ask to see what photos were taken, let alone ask that the pictures be deleted.
