As mentioned in the KVS Tool User Guide (
http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Methods), [ITA: Awards-Upgrades/X1] cannot show flights, which are zeroed-out in the Economy cabin (e.g. Y0).
UA 932/24 Dec is Y0.
UA 974/24 Dec is Y9, but all possible return flights (26 Dec) are Y0.
You can now specify a nominal Cabin Class in the latest version and both 'missing' flights can now be retrieved by setting Cabin to First.
