The customer facility charge (CFC) is just another airport concession fee. It can be expensive. It is a per day charge. I'm surprised that they don't apply CFC'c for customers abroad. I would think that the rules for applying CFC's would be the same as passenger facility charges (PFC's) that are applied on tickets.
