Yes, just noticed this, too, for a booking in the US. Completely confusing and I don't even know that the customer facility charge would be? Is this something expensive to add? For some reason the rate with the Liability Insurance is a lot cheaper than the other one.
I my case Rate 1 includes a drop-fee and Rate 2 doesn't mention it. So, can I assume that Rate 2 doesn't attract this one-way fee? With Hertz they usually tell you if you have to pay a drop-fee or not and I was never surprised to learn about a drop-fee when I returned the car...
