I have found T3 security to be quite unpredictable recently. On most of my visits they have only had one machine working on the Fast Track lane, although they did open a second one as I was going through last time (the queue was stretching out into the corridor, so the lass at the BP check desk called someone to get things moving quicker ^).

So prepare for it being slow and hope it is a bit better.
