The person who helped me originally was Ms. Ray Campbell. I was in touch with her by using the email address
[email protected]. I faxed my 2003 end of year statement from Hilton to her attention at 801-468-4033. Her reply email was very quick to point out that this is a one-time exception and I will need to re-qaulify at the expected levels going forward.
Bottom line, though...two thumbs up for Ms. Campbell.
