And where did the mention of 707s and DC8s come from? We are talking about 757s here. Also, provide proof as opposed to your "beliefs". One of your beliefs that 757s have been operated as 2x3 in coach has already been disproved, so I'm having trouble believing your new one about the 707s and DC8s, not that I really see the relevance anyway. Especially considering the 60s = 50 years ago, so a lot has changed since (including load capacities of airplanes).
