It's the lifts from floor 41 down. As you are facing the bank of lifts, the one on the far left will go down to B1. It's not exactly a crisis if you don't get that lift as you can walk down from 2 through the deli and then one flight down (stairs or escalator) to B1.

Coming back, the lift is through an unmarked door located just after the Indian restaurant.
