Name is Cazzi, Originally from the UK, however decamped to the UAE 7 years ago.

I am ex BA staff and currently work for Etihad Airways here in Abu Dhabi, as a duty manager for customer complaints *shields the onslaught!!* hehe

Have been reading flyertalk for AGES now, however only recently signed up and started posting, though only when necessary.
