Gold Elite Bonus Miles Ripoff
My wife qualified for Gold Medallion on a trip on October 11 MAD-ATL and then ATL-AGS, as I understand the rules as soon as you land you are Gold and the segment qualifies for the 100% bonus miles instead of the 25% Silver. Delta is giving her the runaround about the merger and the system changed, blah, blah. They spend more time making excuses than giving her what she is entitled to. Please confim that my statement is true and what other recourse do I have if they do not come through. Thanks
