What is it with Hilton being so Inconsistent with VPN security access at their hotels? I stay at one and it allows it, then I stay at another (Say the Doubletree at the Atlanta Airport) and you cannot get VPN access.
Hilton needs to standardize all of their hotels to allow users who are required to use the VPN Security Network. It makes no sense that some allow guests to be able to connect through a VPN and other hotels do Not allow it.
Free internet is great but If you are required to go through your companies Firewall (VPN), it is a crap shoot at any of the Hilton chain hotels. Fortunately more allow it than don't but it really makes me mad because it always seems to happen at a Hotel when I need VPN access the most.
