If the hoardings are check in related in the upper crust area it would be full circle. Orginally before the large check in area was built there was a check-in area in one of the small shop areas near where the HEX ticket office is now.

The only way I could see this happening would be if it was a paid for service provided by a non airline third party e.g. HEX. Be interesting if it was offered what the uptake would be I'd probably be prepared for it (within reason and only with confidence it would make it to airline!)

However I know there is a lot of building work at Paddington in general not related to this so we may not be so lucky.
