Not sure how facetious you are being here, but personally I couldn't agree more. There seems to be a "BA Big Book of Excuses" that they search through based on the nature of the complaint(s). They then paste the relevant responses from the book together to create a reply. Utterly pathetic, extremely impersonal and very annoying. Not good customer service at all!
