I have been to Ko Olina (Feb 2009) and did not pay a single cent for self-parking at the new tower. There is a 30 $ fee for valet parking but as long as you self-park you should be able to avoid those fees. However i am owning weeks with MVCI (not in Hawai) so i dont know if free-parking comes as an added benefit but i doubt it.
Thank you. Sounds great. I don't know as yet where our "villa" will be located. But if it's just a matter of parking the car myself, no problema.
