I really liked 16C. The bulkhead only extends as far as 16B, perhaps a little bit further, and so I had the option of extending my legs through the curtain into BF or even putting them up on the bulkhead itself.
There is enough space for the pax in 16A/B to get out without you having to move very much at all.
You get served first which is always useful.
When we arrived, I managed to stand up, open the locker, grab my coat and bag and dart up the aisle so that I was the FIRST off the plane and the first to immigration which is a definite bonus for me since I am not a US citizen and often have to queue for ages.
The seat is narrower but on a day flight I was not so bothered by this. On a night flight I like to have a window to lean on and so 16A would probably be my first choice. Tonight I am in 18A which is not too bad I guess but there will be someone reclining into me.
Hope this helps.
