The rules state "For fares originating in TC1, changes to the first international flight and preceeding flights are not permitted less than seven days prior to the date of the first ticketed flight. "

This implies that I cant change the routing from GUA to SJO in the airport in MIA or Toronto because TC1 includes north and central america.
