For dining and entertainment, the Berlin Marriott Hotel will have four food & beverage outlets including a specialty restaurant, a casual restaurant, a lobby bar and a theme bar.
Recreational amenities will include a fitness center with sauna, a whirlpool, a juice bar and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel will also offer an executive level and lounge, 24-hour room service, a business center, in-room mini-bar, laundry/valet service, an airline/car rental/tour desk, a barber and beauty shop, a gift shop and parking for 100 automobiles.
For conferences and social events, the Berlin Marriott Hotel will have 14,000 square feet of meeting space including a 9,000 square-foot ballroom that will be divisible into three sections, three 500 square-foot boardrooms, and four individual 800 square-foot meeting rooms.
